Crown Buildings
Only Crown buildings, or classes of Crown buildings, that the Minister has gazetted do not require evacuation schemes.
To date no gazette notices have been issued therefore you may require a scheme if the building or part of the building is used for one or more of the purposes set out in Section 21A(1)(a)-(h) of the Fire Service Act 1975 (the Act) and is not exempted by section 21B(2)(a)&(b) of the Act.
